The history of the company is one of the most important considerations for property owners. This does not necessarily mean that we shall favor the one with the longest track record. Unfortunately, this is the case for most people. Maybe this is because people think that a company is credible if it has a long experience already. However, this is not what I am referring here. Instead, what I am trying stress out is the consistency of the company.

You can choose the one with just a year of experience, but try to examine the project records the company had handled already. If the results and rating were outstanding, then there is no doubt that you should consider hiring that one.

3. Property inspection and custody

If I am the property owner, this is actually the most important aspect for me. This is more important that you could get from the rental of the tenant.
